JFSC Employee Handbook

Change

The organisation is undergoing a period of change in the way we operate. Focusing on our people and our processes, these changes are providing employees with opportunities to try new things, undertake secondments and develop new and existing skills. The key focus is on our staff taking an active role and owning the change.
