Senior Analyst, Funds Authorisation
We are looking for a funds lawyer with two years' minimum PQE in an active funds environment. You will be working with our Authorisation team assessing and approving all regulatory permissions for FSBs, Funds, Key and Principle persons in respect of any fund activity conducted in or from within Jersey. This senior post presents complex and technically challenging assessments. If you have workable knowledge with FSJ(L), CIF, AIFMD and CoBO frameworks then please send us your CV and application form.
