Financial Analyst

Fund Services Business / Trust Company Business (FSB/TCB)

We are looking for a qualified accountant with two years minimum PQE, with a financial or audit background that has the skill to project manage a substantive change to our financial review processes. The position would require the post holder to coordinate existing reviews while assessing and developing the way we receive, review and respond to financial and prudential submissions from regulated entities including funds. Manager / Senior Analyst

Funds Authorisation

We are looking for a funds lawyer or professional from a legal background with experience at a senior level in a funds environment. You will be working within our Authorisation team assessing and approving all regulatory permissions for FSB’s, TCB’s, all types of Funds, Key and Principle persons in respect to any regulated activity in Jersey. This senior post presents complex and technically challenging assessments requiring a detailed working knowledge of FSJ(L), CIF, AIFMD, CoBO and regulatory frameworks . The grade for this role will be dependent on experience, consideration will also be given to qualified accountants with experience in the FSB and Funds arena. Supervision Manager

Fund Services Business / Trust Company Business (FSB/TCB)

Would you be driven by safeguarding Jersey's reputation as an international finance centre and protecting consumers? Is your background in financial services with practical experience of compliance, preferably in Banking, Funds AML, Trust or Investment Business? Do you have or are you working towards a professional qualification such as ICSA, ACIB, ACCA or CISI? We are looking for people who share our commitment and determination to make a positive difference and improve standards across the Financial Services Industry.
